What exactly makes a business class room different from a regular room at CSR? Is this like staying concierge? Do they have a lounge with snacks? What are the benefits? Trying to understand why these rooms cost more...

The rooms are located in cabana 9B, which is close to the main building an not too far from the pool. The lounge offers a continental breakfast as well as evening snacks, beer, wine and sangria.

Thanks for the reply. Has anyone stayed in one of these rooms? Are they the same in appearance? The only extra is the lounge?

I stayed in one of the king business class rooms a few weeks ago. The lounge is very small, offers limited continental breakfast items and beverages, including juice and milk, has a computer, and operates between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. The evening hours are between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. and offers chips, dips, veggies, cheese, etc and beer, wine and sangria as well as soft drinks and water. Some days the offerings were replenished, other days they ran out. Also, you need your room key to enter. The rooms are identical to other cabana rooms, they did have bath robes, though. It's very nice, was really crowded, and should not be considered as a meal replacement. I would pay for business class strictly for the building location, close to main building and near the themed pool.

If you do a search, you'll find a fairly long thread on these rooms with reviews and photos.

The room has some decor upgrades such as crown molding and some accent pillows. Nothing major, and same theme. The room also comes with bathrobes and is supposed to have turn down service, although most people report not receiving turn down service.

The lounge where the snacks are also offers free use of computers. However, the lounge is only open limited hours which don't fit our schedule well, so I am still torn if its worth it for us to book it.
