This question is actually for my brother who is leaving this Friday. He is flying on JetBlue and is able to print out his boarding passes the day before his flight down to Orlando. However, does Animal Kingdom Lodge have a business center where he can use a computer to print out his boarding passes for the flight home the day before he leaves Disney World? Or would a CM be able to help him with this? He is not staying on Concierge level though.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

esort Airline Check-In Service: When Disney resort guests depart Orlando International Airport on domestic flights, certain partner airlines provide airline and luggage check-in at your Disney Resort. As of this writing, the participating airlines are: AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, United and US Airways.

When using the Resort Airline Check-In Service, guests may check ONE bag for free at the resort (currently with the exception of American Airlines), but must pay for any extra bags according to the policy of your airline.

Guests with multiple bags on these airlines will have the option to check additional pieces through their airlines' ticket counters at Orlando International Airport or they may call Baggage Airline Guest Services to pay their airline's excess luggage fees in advance of checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk.

Guests flying on American Airlines who wish to check bags must call Baggage Airline Guest Services to pay their airline bag fees in advance of checking in at the Resort Airline Check-In desk. Otherwise, Guests must check-in at the airport. Other airlines may also begin charging for the first checked bag, so check with your airline for their baggage policy.

Guests on international flights may not use the Resort Airline Check-In Service.

Guests using Resort Airline Check-In do not have to use DME transportation back to Orlando International Airport.

Guests using DME to return to the airport do not have to use Resort Airline Check-In.

If guests are not flying on one of the participating airlines listed, but plan on using the DME bus service back to Orlando International Airport, they are responsible for getting their own bags to the bus at pick up time at the resort. If not there is a business center over at either the Swan or Dolphin and that is were we go to print our tickets.

Thanks Shelly, they won't be using the DME though because they're renting a car. I will let them know about Dolphin & Swan though. Does anyone else know if any of the other resorts have Business centers that might be a little closer to the AKL? They most likely will not be over by Epcot because they have little ones and they weren't really interested in it time they went.

I did this at Wilderness Lodge just about 2 weeks ago.
I was on SW and used my cell phone to check in but I could not print out a pass.
I went to the concierge desk (not paid for this service) stated I just needed a boarding pass printed. I gave her my confirmation number ans she gladly printed them. So just go up to the concierge desk andasl them to print them.It should not be a problem.

Thank you! I will let them know that :thumbsup2

Just go to the concierge desk in the AKL lobby. They can check people in and print their boarding passes.

You can also go to any Guest Services location inside the theme parks to do airline check-in and print boarding passes. That way you don't have to plan your day around being at your hotel a certain time just to confirm your flight -- go out and enjoy yourself instead! :goodvibes

Thanks everyone for your help, I passed on all these suggestions to him and he is a happy camper now!
