Business Attire?

Okay so I was looking at the Disney Look guidelines for the millionth time when I realized that in the regulations for business attire it lists dress pants/classic style blouse or sweater but the only option it lists for skirts is a skirted suit. Can I only wear a skirt if it's paired with a jacket? That seems so silly if you can wear only a shirt with dress pants but not with a skirt.

I think you might be misinterpeting what it says, the relevant section of The Disney Look guidelines for Non-Costumed Women are as follows:

As I understand it, you can wear a Classic-Style Blouse or Sweather with Dress Pants, a Skirt or Pants Suit.

Then again, I'm male, and am in no way familiar with woman's clothing, lol.

I wore a pink long sleeved button up blouse type of shirt and black pants and i was fine.

some girls wore skirts and a nice top and they were fine. If you wear a skirt... you need to wear pantyhose, i think.

After going through traditions I realized that a lot of us way over analyze it all haha. It's really not that big of a deal. Just look nice , be properly shaven have natural hair and not a lot of high lights, and you'll be fine.

As long as the tie doesn't contain anything obscene, I'm sure it's fine lol. A lot of men didn't even wear ties. Basically, wear what you would wear to a job interview -- something you wouldn't mind your boss seeing you in.

If you aren't sure about the Disney look from the site, don't worry, they will go over it with you in person during check-in.

I wore a skirt and a button up 3/4 sleeve blouse and it's fine. You do need to wear nylons with skirts though and you can wear a skirt and a cardigan set if you wanted to as well.
