busiest times in FW? February?

Okay, so I don't know why, but I just searched February 3-10 2018 at FW and the only sites left were the tent/pop up ones. It's six months away! Is February a busy month at FW? Do people camp long term in February? I'm so curious!

We are planning to come back again in October 2018. How early should we book a premium site?

Value rates (such as they are nowadays which are the lowest of the year) are in place for the most part until February 15, 2018. With exceptions for Marathon week, MLK weekend, etc. I tried looking at just weekdays in your window and still only tents. So there are probably still some long stay folks there (I'm jealous) and weekend folks that filled up already what little capacity was available. Rates go sky high pretty quickly in Feb and then into March.

Just keep trying.
