Busiest days

Just been checking (again) some prices for our trip. We can go from Thursday 9th April - 20th April (about 4 days/nights).

We were going to go from Monday 14th - Thursday 17th but I have noticed that if we go on Thursday 10th - Sunday 13th the prices are much cheaper.

I think this is because a good proportion of the French schools break up on Friday 11th ......

Only question is - is it much busier at the weekend ? (regardless of school hols - or do most people try and avoid the weekend anyway).

Not sue if it would be bestto go for 2 quiet days (Thursday and Friday) and then the weekend or pay more and go Monday - Thursday ...

Any help would be apprciated !

Your right for the school holidays. It will be :
Zone A : 12 - 28/04
Zone B : 5 - 21/04
Zone C : 19/04 - 05/05

If you go from 14th to 17th, 2 zones will be on holiday.
If you go from 10th to 13th, only one zone will be off, but it is the week-end...

What I would advise : taking 10th to 13th. You should to all the very popular attractions on the 10th, 11th, and 12th morning. Then take time on saturday afternoon and Sunday to walk in the parks, go to your hotel pool and do some shopping.
