Ok, this is just my opinion (prediction) of what I think will happen. I have no facts to base this on. But, I think Bush will win reelection. And I think he'll have Bill and Hillary to thank. I still think the Clintons are the most powerful democrats out there. Whether you like them or not, they are still very popular. I think Hillary has eyes on the White House. If Kerry wins she can't run in 2008. No one runs against the incumbent. But if Bush wins, well, it's open season in 2008. Personally, I don't think the Clinton's really want Kerry to win. They probably think he can't win. And it's just fine with them. They may even do something to undermine his campaign, behind the scenes of course. Bush will win and four years from now Hillary will run. Who knows, it may be Bush against Clinton again. This time Jeb and Hillary!
This is just my opinion. It may sound stupid. And you may wonder why you wasted your time reading it. But I feel that way a lot on the CB. So now were even!

Not stupid at all, just wrong.:D

I think you may be right, or should I say that I hope you are right. 4 more years.

I pray you're wrong. To think of another 4 years of Bush makes me cringe. Myself, my friends and family are allvotong for Kerry.

Impossible as he was never ELECTED in the first place.............

This is not the first time I've heard this theory....
Well I never heard it anywhere before. At least I don't recall hearing it before. But if you have, maybe there's something to it.

As a Bush supporter, I agree that the Clintons still have a great deal of power in the democratic party, but even I don't think that Bush is a shoe-in.

ClynnJones: Many Republicans would/will cringe if Kerry is elected. It all depends on your point of view.

Both sides of this need to relax a bit. The world is not going to end just because one of them is elected and one isn't. On November 3, Wal Mart will open and sell me a garden hose (or snow shovel:sad: ) The stock market will buy and sell, the military will still be defending us, and I will still be planning a trip to WDW

I will vote and then pray that the Good Lord knows what is best for this country. I may criticize Kerry for 4 years (if he wins) and I do not think he will improve my life in this country, but I will call him President.

Remember, every vote on November 2 is a slap in the face of the terroists. Voting is what they do NOT want you to do. They want you to hide a be afraid. VOTE!

Rush Limbaugh has talked about this theory on his show.

That would explain where I heard it. My cubicle neighbor listens to conservative talk radio all day. SHE must have told me!

That explains why I haven't heard it. I don't listen to Limbaugh. Personally, I wish he come up with something original and stop stealing my ideas!!:teeth:

I agree and think the theory is very plausible. The Clinton's have not exactly been out campaigning for Kerry... quite the opposite he has been on a book tour.

Shorts still wedged way up there I see.

Oh yeah, I've heard this theory for a couple of months now. I don't listen to Limbaugh, but my SO does, he's a political junkie and listens to anything and everything he can, as long as he can take it anyway. :p Limbaugh loyals HOPE this is what will happen. Who knows what will happen in the fall, wither of the candidates can win, but not because of this theory. I think most people will vote on who they think the better candidate is. Not because someday, maybe, could be, may happen, may not, Hilary Clinton might throw her hat in the ring .

The time has come for you to come into the real world and understand that President Bush is your President, and was fairly elected to the office.

All independent organizations that recounted the votes, came away with the same conclusion. Bush WON FLORIDA. He got the most votes on all the recounts. Every single one of them.

You can cry and scream all you want, President Bush won the election. Pull your head out of the sand.

Get over it, believe it, accept it. But quite crying about it.

And by the way. Bush will be around for 4 more years, and he will carry Florida again.

That just makes me wonder if Gore had been the guy to win in Florida the same way President Bush did, would the right wing be as capitulating as they believe the left should be?
I doubt it.
Limbaugh would be rallying his "dittoheads" to get rid of the electoral college.

oh, come on , Tiziminchac, you are a freeper after all, aren't you? :teeth:
