Bush Gardens or Sea World?

So, we have four kids: 16, 14, 12, 8 and we just recently went to the Miami Seaquarium and really liked the shows, but maybe want to try something different (and we like rollercoasters). So, which would you recommend; Sea World or Bush Gardens? Obviously Sea World is closer, but that's not a big deal to us.

Oh, and can I tour either of those in one day?

Oh, and can you get Hero Salute tickets at the gate of either park or do you have to do it ahead over the internet?

If you love roller coasters, the Busch Gardens for sure! Manta is a great coaster, but I adore SheiKra and Montu at Busch. They are awesome...there are other coasters there, but I could spend all day just riding those too.

Both Busch Gardens and Sea World are very big parks and will require at least one full day to see them.Miami Seaquarium is nice but it's not really comparable to Sea World as there is so much more to do.As far as what park to do it's simple if you're rollercoaster people then without a doubt Busch Gardens as they have more,although Sea World just added their second with Manta.Sea World especially has a lot of shows scattered at different times throughout the day and just doing the show alone will take up a huge chunk of your day.

Bush Gdns has many rides and awesome coasters. SeaWorld has 2 awesome coasters and I think really just one other ride, Atlantis. Everything else is a show or walk thru with sea-life. So depending on what you want out of your day, that is what you go for. Do you want to spend a day on rides or a day with sea life and a few rides? All thrills day vs relaxing with a few thrills....
