Buses to Parks from Resort (when do they start?)

I have an ADR before a park opens, and someone mentioned I should be there 1 hour before the park opens... do busses start leaving resorts early enough to male ADR or do we have to Uber this?

Buses start rolling at 6:30AM every day.

Disney starts the buses early to "cover" Early ADRs/Tours.

The first Magic Kingdom bus "usually" starts between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM with the first bus for DAK,Epcot and DHS "usually" starting somewhere between 6:30 AM and 7:15 AM.

At busy times of the year, I've seen a bus from Pop Century to MK a little after 6 AM. Probably it was around 6:10. MK had 7:00 AM EMH that morning. At less busy times (with 9 AM park opening), I'd plan on the first buses closer to 6:30.
