Busch Gardens/Up Close tours

Looking for first hand experiences with the up close tours at Busch Gardens. I'm not sure which tour to take the kids on it's between Serengeti Safari and Heart of Jungala for us right now. If you have taken either of these tours or any of the other tours I would appreciate any details and if you would recommend them.
