Bus Transportation for BWV

Hopefully this is the correct place to ask this. My family may be staying at BWV in October and was curious about the bus transportation to MK, AK, and DTD. Do all of the Epcot resorts share the same bus? I had read that BWV usually shares with just S/D. I'm not sure which is correct. Also, how is the bus transporation during this time of year?

Oct is my favorite time of year to go to WDW, and BWV is home for us. The buses at BW really aren't all that horrible. The bus to DTD seems to take forever to get there. But the other buses aren't an issue, at least not for us. In the morning, for park opening, and the evening, at park closing, BW shares with only S/D. But mid-day, you can find that they all share. I've taken the bus from BWV to MK around noon and we picked up the S/D people and then over to YC/BC.
Sometimes the DTD bus will stop at all the resorts, no matter what time it is.

Every BW bus I've been on has stopped at Swan and Dolphin (2 separate stops). A few times, I've come back from the parks in the early part of the day, and that bus stopped at Yacht and Beach Club also (4 total stops). If I have known they were stopping at all 4, I would have gotten off at the Swan (1st stop), and walked.

So now, if I'm coming back to the resort at an uncongested time, I'll ask the bus driver how many stops they are making.

When we were there in March, busses were shared with S/D for MK and all four resorts for AK. The good thing, however, was that BWV was always the first to be picked up and dropped off.:thumbsup2

Another idea.....if you have park hopper tickets, you could take the boat or walk to EPCOT, go to front of park and hop on the monorail to TTC, then take a monorail ride to MK. It sounds like a lot, but we usually HAVE to do a monorail/Poly trip when we are at BW, so it has been fun for us. We also usually stop at Epcot to see our pics on the monoliths and that's in front of the park. Then at night you have the option of buses or going back the same way you came (if EPCOT is still open when you leave MK)

Another idea.....if you have park hopper tickets, or if you are splitting your day into two parks like we sometimes do....we'll go over to EPCOT for the a.m., then over to MK for the p.m., so we take the monorail from EPCOT to TTC and monorail over to MK.
