Bus to Universal from Ticket and Trans center

I thought I had all this info saved. Some of my family are going via bus (they hope) to Universal. We'll have a car, but some of us are going elsewhere. Can someone give me the info they'll need, such as the bus name, cost and where and when (or where to find where and when) it picks you up? I believe it makes a stop at T & T? This would be the city bus. Thank you.

Thank you so much. I sent that to th ehalf taking the bus. She's used to getting around on public transportation, so it should be easy for her.

Hmm..I tried the trip planner..and didn't seem to get anywhere..said no itineraries found. It son't let me put in those routes.
