Where does one take the bus to go to Legoland when one is staying in front of Disneyland?

Is there a bus? I'm sure there is, but I personally would take the Amtrak train from ARTIC station to Oceanside and use Uber or city buses to get to and from the theme parks in either place. It would be faster than bus if you're traveling during peak times of day. Either way, you would start at ARTIC and find either your bus or train from there.

If there is a tour bus, many tours leave from the DLH. I would check the website of any tour company you're thinking of using and call the DLH (concierge?) to see which bus companies pick up/drop off at the hotel.
As was suggested in your other thread, if you want trips to USH and Legoland, it really might be more cost effective and convenient to rent a car.
