Bus to/from Disney Springs?

So, I thought I read somewhere that their are direct busses from the parks now to Disney Springs? Is this true? How long does it usually take to get from Epcot to Disney Springs and vice versa. I'm trying to plan my Epcot day, with a late lunch/early dinner at Raglan Road & then return to Epcot. Thanks!

Only after 4:00, and only going from the parks to DS. To get back to Epcot, you would have to take the bus to one of the Epcot resorts and then walk to Epcot.
