Is there a sticky or a thread or anything that gives approximate times to get from resort to park using WDW buses?

No sticky that I know of.

Basically how long it takes all depends on which resort you are staying at as most resorts share a bus with other resorts (the only one that doesn't that I am aware of is Pop Century). Typically, the buses operate approximately 20 minutes apart, then it’s about 20-30 minutes once on the bus to get to most destinations.

It's helpful when it's accurate, but it isn't always accurate. I wouldn't trust it.

A good rule of thumb is to allow one hour for resort to park transportation (or vice-versa) and 90 minutes for resort to resort transportation. It shouldn't actually take that long, but it will give you some extra time, just in case you just miss a bus and have to wait for the next one.

Times for buses will vary. The buses run, pretty much, every 20 mins. So..if you arrive at the bus stop, just as the bus is pulling up, you'll have a quick time. BUT...if you arrive as the bus is pulling away, your time is going to be much longer. I always allow about 45 mins to get from point A to point B...I usually end up arriving earlier than I planned for though.

A good CHART for times is in The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. Since the times would only change if/when a new park or resort were opened, you wouldn't even need the newest edition.

There is no 'official' schedule. The buses are very fluid...ever-changing. This is true especially when going from resort to resort.
