We will be staying at OKW for three nights this fall and I was hoping someone could give me a bit of information about what area of the resort would be good to request.

We rented points through David's and the booking says this DlxStdo WChrAcc RollIn OptHr 2Q. I can tell it means we are booked in a wheelchair accessible room which is totally unneeded and I'm not sure how that happened but whatever. What does the rest of it mean?

I also was wondering if anyone knows the order of the bus stops for the theme parks.

TIA.

Deluxe Studio/Wheelchair Accessible with Roll-In Shower/Option for Hearing Accessibility/2 Queen Beds

This room is equipped with:
  • Wheelchair accessible route in room
  • Grab bars at toilet and in shower
Optional communication features, for Guests with Hearing Disabilities, include:
  • Visual alarm
  • Visual door knock/door bell alert
  • Visual telephone call alert
  • Telephone with volume control
  • Electrical outlet near telephone jack
  • TTY equipment available upon request at check-in

All buses except those bound for Downtown Disney follow this route:
Peninsular Road
South Point
Old Turtle Pond Road
Miller's Road
Hospitality House

Downtown Disney buses make an additional stop at the Hospitality House upon entry at the resort, and then proceed to Peninsulra Road. The Downtown Disney buses are often referred to as "Internal" buses as they provide a means for guests to get from the Hospitality House (during that initial visit) to any other bus stop at the resort.

We just had a HCA studio for one night about a week ago. The beds were a bit lower, but not much. No cabinets under the bathroom sink, but there was a shelf in the closet with extra bathroom supplies (toilet paper, tissue). Roll in shower had a fold up shower chair that made showering a bit awkward, but there was a tiny ledge to keep the water in and a floor length shower curtain to keep the water in. Just keep the bottom inside the shower area and not past the ledge. Two peepholes on the door with one at wc height.
