Of course. They don't start until around 1:30ish now though because hopping doesn't start until 2.

Yes, park to park transportation is available from all four parks, specifically via the following methods:

Between MK and Epcot:

• Monorail connection between TTC and Epcot
• WDW buses between MK and Epcot Main Entrances

Between Epcot and DHS:

• Friendship Boats at IG
• Skyliner at IG
• WDW buses between Main Entrances

Between DHS and MK:

• WDW buses between Main Entrances

Between AK and all parks:
