They do use that sequence, but they sometimes use a different sequence. It also depends on if it's in the morning when most riders are going to the parks, and in the evening when riders are coming back from the parks.
Other variations I have experienced are stopping at HH first, and at other times stopping at Miller's first.
The Peninsular stop followed by South Point and then Turtle is pretty much the same all the time. It's easier for the busses to go from Peninsular to South Point, thus going straight across the intersection, and then on the way back from South Point make a left turn to go down to Turtle Point, then when leaving Turtle point, make another left turn to head back toward HH.
That route is easier than making right turns. For example going from Peninsular to Turtle Pond and then to South Point, involves two right-hand turns. The other route makes two left-hand turns instead. If you think about it, for those big busses, it's much easier to make left turns than it is to make right turns. If you've ever pulled a long trailer, or driven a long motorhome, you know what I mean. Or next time you're at an intersection, notice the difference in those semi-truck drivers when they have to make a right-hand turn as opposed to a left hand turn.
