We're headed to wdw during Spring Break last week of March for our first time (yay!) but I know it will be crazy-busy, oh well. We're staying at Pop Century. Can anyone share the approximate wait time we can expect for the following:

1) the approx length of waiting in the mornings, and

2) the approx amount of time from Pop Century resort to Magic Kingdom?

Buses to parks are supposed to run every 15 or 20 minutes. So in theory, if you just missed an MK bus, you shouldn't have to wait for the next bus for longer than 20 minutes. But your mileage may vary.

The ride from Pop to MK is probably about 10-15 minutes on the road.
