We normally rent a car and get AAA diamond parking. Going Easter through following weekend

No more diamond passes and they were blacked out this week in past years anyway

Thinking of skipping the rental car and using buses. Staying at BWV so just need to MZk and AK

I know it will be crowded. That was why I was thinking bus may be easier then car to TTC to tram to monorail. Especially leaving at park close. Monorail lines insane

What do you think would be easier

Don't you get free onsite parking anyhow for staying onsite? That said, when we have gone over Easter in the past we always take the bus to MK, but we have rented a car and driven to the other parks at least once. To save $ (and we aren't in a big hurry anymore) we take the bus to all of the parks now except we sometimes take a cab to TL.

Adding a wrinkle. Staying at BWV

Just heard BW shares with S&D and sometimes Y&B

Given the number of stops now thinking car??

We generally stay at BWI or BWV and always use the busses even if we have a car. (we often drive rather than fly). Prefer to avoid the traffic and like veins dropped close to the park. BW does share some routes with other resorts it is not that big a deal. In our experience they are pretty efficient.

Not during busy times. You will share a MK bus with S&D but definitely not with Y & B. And since it's a busy time the bus system will be running on all cylinders. I actually find that I wait longer for buses during slower times of year than during peak times. I hate sharing buses, but the BW/S/D MK bus never seems to bother me. They're pretty quick pick ups since the resorts have fewer people staying at them than the moderates that have 4+ bus stops and way more guests.

The Epcot area is the only place I will think about skipping the car. The AK bus is annoying (it is more likely to stop at all five resorts) but the MK bus is not the end of the world. Plus, coming back, the two stops (BW/S/D, YC/BC) are near each other, so if YC/BC is there, you can hop it and then just walk or take the boat across to BW.

The reason to get the car anyway: if you plan a lot of resort dining or plan to visit places other than the four main theme parks.
