Bus or car after Spectro?

I enjoy using a car for such things as leaving after Illuminations or going to DTD, but how about after Spectro? For people who tried both, is it better to fight the crowds on the Disney busses, or fight the crowds to get back to your car. We're planning a leisurly exit and have a 2yo with us. Thanks for opinions.

I have tried both and prefer the bus, watch the parade and the fireworks at the entrance of main street. You are close to the gate and can get to the bus fast. I found you have to get on the monorail or boat and then the tram to your car and wait on lines for both. I like the car at Epcot and MGM after night shows its seems easy to get out of there.

Saturday night at MK for Spectro is the only time we usually take the bus. We don't arrive at MK until early evening, so it's easier just to take the bus and easier getting out after.
