Bus from resort for early ADR?

Not sure which board to post this on. We have ADR at Crystal Palace at 7am. The park opens at 7am with EMH. We are staying at the Swan. What time should we go down for the bus?

We have gone to the bus stop at the Epcot resorts around an hour before an early morning ADR at MK. So in your case, around 6am. And our backup plan was to request a Minnie Van on the Lyft app if no bus arrived within 15-20 min. But it wasn’t necessary.

Thanks! Do you know if the buses run as frequently at that hour? Like if we miss a 6am bus, will another one come 10/15/20 however minutes later?

They have boards that update that tells you the ETA for the next bus is. It's broken down by Park.

I believe that the early morning buses normally begin about 6:30 AM. They do not run as frequently. I don't know if that is still true with a 7AM MK open

For a 7am park opening, the busses will begin running about 6am - keyword is "about". Don't plan on them running as frequently for that first hour. Be at your bus stop at 6am, as the Swan is typically the first resort on that route which at that time of the morning is likely to include all 5 of the Epcot resorts. The second bus likely will not arrive until 6:30-6:35 and you won't make your 7am ADR if that's the case.

I would be at the bus stop no later than 6. Remember you have to clear security and enter the park, and Disney asks you to be there 5-10 minutes before your ADR time.
