Bus from Park to Park

Yes. I don't think that most of them are right by the hotel buses, though, so look around.

Yes, but not from MK. From MK you must first take the monorail or ferry to TTC and transfer.

Or..... a more adventurous way to do it from MK is to grab the first bus going to any resort (therefore, no waiting). Then from that resort catch a bus going to your destination park.
