I have learned there is a bus from CS to BW and now I'm looking for more detail.

This year for WDW we had no interest in in-room babysitting at WDW and didn't want to pay for a deluxe resort with an onsite center. We used the onsite kids center at the Hard Rock last year for the first time and the kids LOVED it.

The bus from CS to BW seems to me an excellent way to stay in a moderate resort and have a kids center nearby!

Any idea about the schedule/frequency for the bus?

Any experience with the kids center at BW?

Has anyone done what I would like to do? That is, stay at CS and use the BW kids center and go to ESPN and Jellyrolls?

We haven't the daycare but always use the bus to the BW. It's an awesome perk for CSR. It is the bus that runs to DtD. I am not positive on the schedule be we have used it all different times of the day. I will be at CSR in 10 days and will look into it and post here. Many folks have heard conflicting reports on the route and when I called CSR, they knew nothing about the route at all.

I, too, am interested in learing more about this bus from CSR to BW.

We have used the Harbour Club at the BW and our kids loved it, as they do all of them (the ones we've used so far anyway!). Our two kids were the only ones there when we dropped them off and there ended up to be only about 6 kids all together that particular night. It is on the first floor under the main staircase facing the lake in the middle of the BW restaurants (nearest to Spoodles?)
We walked to the Yachtsman Steakhouse that night but we would definitely use a club at a resort if the restaurant we wanted to go to was there. We usually just use the one where we stay.
Hope your experience is a good one!

DW & I stayed at CS last trip & used the bus to & from BW. However, didn't I read about this route no longer being in service? Someone else may know for sure. Call to find out.

Just returned from CSR Sunday. To my disappointment, the bus to the Boardwalk has been discontinued after 6pm. After 6pm you must transfer at Downtown Disney to a Boardwalk bus. Do Not Do This! - unless you have about an hour to kill! We missed our Spoodles Dinner PS because of this change. Next time, we'll take a cab - or better yet, stay at the Swan and Dolphin with their great AP rate!

Thanks for the information. I don't expect it will be going again by the time I get there, likely May/03. At least I can take a cab to pick the kids up after some "grown up time" and get back to my resort instead of bus hopping and losing all kinds of time.
