Bus from AK to Epcot resorts - anyone know what resort first?

What is the first resort that the bus stops at? I am trying to see if there is a nice place to eat there.

We are planning to stay beyond dusk to do the safari and Navi ride at AK. I just saw on another thread that a lot of the kiosks and QS places at AK close early despite the park staying open. I was planning on doing a QS place - don't really want to stay at AK for an ADR, but now I guess we'll just head back to BWI. Thought we might get off at the first resort we hit and maybe have a nice dinner there.

Boardwalk has it own bus. BC/YC share buses (they stop at YC first) and Swan/Dolphin share (they stop at Swan first).

Sometimes, and it's not often but can happen, all will share.
Stops were Swan/Dolphin/YC/BC and BWI
But, the road has been closed from BC to BWI so I'm not sure what may have changed in the order

Unless walking is an issue, it won't matter too much. They are all connected by a walking path. They each have their own busses but sometimes do share. If walking at a slow clip for 10 minutes (at the very most) is not an issue, and you don't want to wait for a specific bus, then just hop on the first bus to any one of those resorts.

When we were staying at BWI in December sometimes they had their own bus, sometimes shared with Swan & Dolphin, sometimes shared with YC/BC. Didn't even seem to be consistent between parks or time of day. I never exactly knew where we were going to stop. I'm sure there is a pattern but I never figured it out. I eventually decided that as long as it finally got where I wanted to go, that was good enough.

We were just there two weeks ago and they put all the Crescent Lake resorts together at one bus stop at park close one night. It was Swan/Dolphin/YC/BC/BWI even though they had to take the long way to get to BWI, so they're still doing it, even though that road is closed.

LOL - I am one of these folks! As long as I get where I'm going eventually, I'm good. Now . . . DH? Not so much! Which is why I was thinking, we could head out of AK after the Navi ride and go back to BWI instead of trying to do an ADR at AK for dinner. But if DH is hungry for dinner, I don't want to throw him on a bus that might make a bunch of stops. So I thought we could just jump off at the first stop and go some place there for dinner.

Truthfully, it is all hypothetical - I am sure the day will unfold wonderfully, and all my "I could do this, I could do that" thinking will be a waste of time and energy.

We all know we will probably end up at Ample Hills for a sundae dinner - yup!

In November when I stayed at BC we only shared with YC but it does seem to be luck of the draw. Magical Express was way worse that trip...we stopped at CBR, then BWI, then YC, and finally BC.

As you can tell from the responses on this thread, there's no straight answer to your question lol. The thing about Disney's bus system is that it's very dynamic - they can adjust stops, number of buses, etc based on guest demand at any point. So how many stops, what order, and which resorts are serviced by a single bus can change several times in a single day depending on how many people are riding. But as was also mentioned, all the resorts in that area (Swolphin, BW/BC/YC) are within close walking distance to each other.

That's one of the reasons we like staying in the area. So many options for meals. Sometimes it is actually faster to get off at the first stop and walk, depending on how sore the feet are!
