when entering the promo codes for the free items, are you supposed to enter the items in your cart first? When I did that and entered the codes, the red writing came up at the bottom but the prices remained. I ended up placing the order without the items in the cart since I only wanted them if they were free. Will I still get the products? What did everyone else do?

I ordered this on Monday the 30th and the lip shimmer added automatically to my cart when I added the grab bag. I had to add the lemon cuticle creme myself and type in the code FBFAN (all caps) to get that gift for free. I just missed out on the BURT20 20% off and free shipping code, BUT with that code I couldn't get the free lip balm. Today's gift is the replenishing lip balm.

I just checked my order and it's out for delivery today so I can't wait to see what it's like! I might just have to order myself another grab bag today with the BURT20 code...can't beat $21.50 for all of that! And I just paid $30 on Monday....

I just bought a second bag for dd's teacher today. I kept trying to think of something to get her and everything I thought of just didn't seem good enough, her teacher is wonderful! I was going to use the bag I bought on Monday for my sister, but..... I'm keeping it for me. So 2 bags at $21.75 (total with tax) each after the 20% and free shipping, can't beat that! I hope her teacher likes it, I know I will. Thanks again OP!

ETA - For those who have received theirs, how is it packaged? Should I wrap it or use a gift bag?

I was able to use the BURT20 code but not the fbfan code. Our taxes must be higher - I had to pay $22.38.

I don't know why it didn't work for you This is what I did -
put the grab bag in cart (it has the free lip product there as well), input the
BURT20 code (it took the lip product off out of the cart and added the 20 percent discount), then iinput the FBFAN code and it added the lemon cuticle cream to the bottom of page where it has the codes listed in red (not in the cart summary at top). HTH

Check the receipt they sent to your email. The bottom of the page lists only the codes that were entered, if the item wasn't in your cart then you won't get it, unless I'm missing something... It seems like they'll list all of the codes you entered and will apply the best one to your order. I could be wrong. Check your order though.

That free shipping is FAST! I got mine today ordered it on Sunday.

I got two bonus free lip shimmers with two bags - I missed the 20% off coupon . The bags have gloves - very nice for gardening, shower puff (wow these are really nice super high quality), two lip glosses, four lip shimmers, two chapstick type lip tubes, clippy thing for the chapsticks, baby bee bath packet, bath crystals, full size lotion, full size body wash, sample sizes of outdoor shower gel, facial cleanser, 5 different soap bars & peppermint foot lotion and a round zip case perfect for putting the sample sizes in with a gift card (yup each of my babysitters is getting one of these with a lip shimmer, lip gloss and bar soap and a GC to their favorite store ).
