Burned by MyPoints - super slow redemption

I buy from several places through my points and about 70% of the time I have problems with them crediting my points. It has gotten worse lately. Yesterday I had to contact them about 4 different purchases I never got credit for over 30 days ago.

Just received today my Old Navy gc that I ordered 12/8.

I just checked the status on my Landry gc's on MyPoints and its says "redeemed". Does this mean they are in route? Or am I not looking in the correct area? Let me know...we leave in 10 weeks and I'm a little concerned that they won't come in time.

It should show as "fulfilled" when it ships.

My daughter at Walmart GC in December and it took 6-7 weeks to arrive.

I just noticed that my $25 Walmart GC that I ordered on November 19 was fulfilled on January 18. I'm guessing I will receive it tomorrow or Friday since it's the same state. I order a $50 Walmart GC at the end of December and I was hoping they would want to "save" on postage and send them together but no such luck!

My account has been the same way - I have to follow up on almost every order I place. But it's amazing how fast they take away the points if you return something - you definitely don't have to worry about following up on returns!

I redeemed for RFC $50 on 12/6. It finally says it is fulfilled today. Long wait, but at least its on the way.
