burn dis podcast on to CD

I have been trying to burn dis podcast on to CD but it is only coming up as a MP3 file which my CD player in car will not play
never had this problem before
any one know what I.m doing wrong

If you burn mp3 files directly to a cd then you need a cd player that support mp3 files. What you need is a program that will burn an audio cd from the mp3 files. I have an iPod so I use iTunes when I want to make an audio cd but there are many programs that will do this. Maybe someone else can recommend an easy to use program for you. Are you using Mac or Windows?

What program are you using to burn the CD?

If in doubt Windows Media Player does the job - go to Burn, add your MP3s, insert your disc and away you go!
