Has anyone been able to order just a burger from 5os Prime Time Cafe? I have a family member that is lactose intolerant and none of the dairy free options really appeal to them? Do you think they could accommodate?
Since they don't have burgers on the menu they won't be able to make one for your family member. I would note the lactose intolerance on your ADR and they should be able to accommodate your party.
They absolutely do bend over backwards to accommodate allergies. But if they do not have the ingredients, they can not serve a burger. I agree with @easternlights, there are burgers everywhere

Not on the menu. But there are other beef selections like pot roast and meatloaf on the menu.
FWIW, Disney has, shamefully, the worst hamburgers. Other than maybe the new D-Luxe burger place in Disney Springs, not sure there is any burger to be recommended. And I am making do distinction between flame-broiled and flattop-fried.
We went to the 50's with a vegetarian friend once. She ordered the turkey sandwich without the turkey. "Mom" sat down at our table and asked what was up with that? We explained and Mom went to the kitchen. She came back and gave our friend three options for vegetarians. Friend had a black bean burger with fries and was extremely happy.
