Bupropion SR ???

Anyone with any experience or opinions about it?

Brand name Wellbutrin or Zyban (depending on what you're taking it for--depression or to quit smoking).

I've taken Wellbutrin for anxiety. Didn't really help that but it does have a low side effect profile (which is something for ME to experience). It also made chocolate taste bad to me!!

My insurance won't cover Wellbutrin, but it will Zyban, and the generic. Luckily the pharmacist didn't ask if I smoked, because I never have.

I take it as a treatment for my fibro. My MD picked this one because it also stimulates alpha receptors.....so it isn't so much for depression as just to make me feel less "Blah".Of course my favorite way to really feel "alive" is a nice big rollercoaster!
