Is there a site that tells me which cabin sleeps 3 or 4? I am trying to find out if there is a bunk bed option in mine and my sisters rooms. We only have 3 each in a cabin and I know we may not have the option but I thought this information use to be available somewhere

Where? My sister is in a 9B I think? I am still VGT

They can out you in either, if you had 4 then you would have a bunk bed, if 3 then you may/ may not.

A Disney Cruise Line Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom is an outstanding accommodation for your family vacation on the high seas, with the added feature of a crystal clear porthole—your very own window to the ocean world outside. The deluxe room features substantially more space than you would find in a standard room and decor that reflects an elegant nautical motif.

  • Size: 204 sq. ft.
  • Room Configuration: Queen-size bed, single convertible sofa, upper berth pull-down beds in some, split bath with tub and shower (in most)

Not exactly, if you are a group of three, you can either go in a room for three or four.

What is your stateroom number?

Unfortunately, as DISNEY FANTASY shows above, the Disney site does not answer your question.

The only reliable way you can find out which tertiary beds are in a specific stateroom is to find a stateroom report from someone who stayed in that same stateroom before. All staterooms have a queen bed and a convertible sofa that makes into a single bed. Some staterooms have a Pullman bed and others a Murphy bed and some both a Pullman and a Murphy bed. Looks like your category 9B may or may not have a Pullman bed. The room reports on the DIS help. You can also google your specific stateroom number once you have it to see if anyone has posted photos or a report elsewhere.

I google: "Disney Fantasy xxxx" to find information on stateroom number xxxx.

Good luck,

Martin

On our cruise on the Dream, we had connecting 4A's. Both rooms had a queen bed, couch that turned into a twin, and a twin top bunk. One room also had a twin Murphy bed. We knew the room w/the Murphy bed slept 5, because we originally had 5 people booked in it, before adding the connecting cabin. Maybe you could check the DCL website & put in the stateroom number & number of people you want in the room. Good luck and have a great cruise!

Go to the Disney Cruise Web site, pick a cruise far out that won't be booked (on the same ship you are sailing) and make a dummy cruise. You don't need to put in your name and address. When you get to the second page where you pick your cabin catagory/pick a cabin you can put in a cabin #. Once you see the cabin is available for 3 change the number of people to 4. If it says it's not available it means it won't sleep 4 (no upper bunk)

Which ship are you cruising? Posters here on the DIS have compiled information about *most* of the staterooms as to # of beds, etc. Here are the links:

Dream and Fantasy: http://www.disboards.com/threads/dc...pdated-list-of-rooms-needed-1st-post.3194826/
(I think there's a similar thread for the Magic and Wonder but my search is running extremely slow tonight. I'll update here when I find it.)

Enjoy your cruise!

This can be unreliable as you get further from opening day as rooms book. The list I researched has already been posted. There isn't one for the Magic/Wonder. That use to be available on the Passporter site.

I did this recently and it wouldn't let me book 4 in the room BUT if I booked the room for 3 and then changed the number of passengers to 4 the system let me keep the room.

I don't trust DCL's IT that much and so I still haven't been able to figure out if the staterooms for my upcoming cruise sleep 3 or 4. Crazy since the Magic has been around awhile! Rooms 6584/6586, btw. I've already googled them to pieces and checked all the websites that have stateroom reports.

Can you tell how much I'd like each of my three kids to have their own bed, lol. It could make or break the vacation.
