Heres the story- we were going over last night for one night, to stay in a bwv preferred 1 bedroom, 22 points. Upon check in we were told our room was flooded and we could stay in an inn room instead, and keep our points. We were not agreeable to this, because even though it was only me, DH, & DD, we really need 2 rooms or we don't really enjoy ourselves, especially since it was very cold out and we would be spending alot of time in our villa. Well, anyway, the compromise was, we used our 22 points and got 2 connecting rooms with fridge, BWI concierge. I felt this was fair, and we really wound up having a great time. We have stayed at AKL & poly concierge, and the BWI compared quite favorably. The concierge staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the offerings were quite nice. Last night we were having nightcaps and lovely desserts in the lounge, watching the golden globes, and after a time had the whole place to ourselves,Great view of the fireworks from the balcony. It was a surprising turn of events but we were all happy with the outcome. I don't think we sold ourselves short, hope not, anyway!;)

Well, YC Concierge, which I think would be pretty comparable to BWI Concierge is 50 points per night per room so it sounds like you did pretty good. Glad it all worked out for you!

Good call....I don't think a free room at the Inn is equivalent to a BWV 1br! But 2 connectiong rooms concierge seems a reasonable compromise for the points...the lounge making up for the kitchen. Glad to hear they were willing to work with you.

I probably would have gone for the free Inn room since it was just one night. But 2 rooms concierge sounds really neat.
