Bummed! Lost Reservation!

Family had reservation at All Star. Deposit was due on May 19th and I forgot. Called today, on the 20th, and some of the days are not available at the passholder rate. Boy, did I blow it or what!

Did you call CRO and try to plead your case? I had a ressie for AK and had to cancel for DH's work. When we cancelled, there was nothing for the next week, and definately nothing at the AP rate. I then called back to try to get into the Contemporary the next week, and the CM had me on hold for a little bit and came back to tell me that she reinstated the original ressie, with the AP rate, for the week I needed, after another one had told me it was not available. She kept saying, "Let's see if we can work some magic!"
