Bulletin board for messages?

Is there a bulletin board near guest services or elsewhere to post messages to other cruisers? I was thinking it would be a good place to post a DISmeet time and place.

I don't believe there is anything like that. Best way to set up a Dis meet is to do it on these boards ahead of time. Just post a time and place before you leave.

I have been to a few Dis meets onboard that were set up on these boards and they were great!!1

Do you do anything at a DISmeet besides meet each other? I mean it isn't like I'm at my home and can offer someone a drink.

Some people have larger cabins and invite people to their cabins, we had ours at the promenade lounge on Deck 3 and someone ordered some snacks from room service to be delivered. I think it was Barb that ordered the snacks.....I had made name tags for everyone so we would know who were talking to. I made them with their Dis name and their real name. Our only lasted about 25 minutes or so and then we headed our own ways. It was nice to see familiar faces all week.
