Building request at Poly

We will be staying at Poly on DVC points (our own contract) soon and I would like to request to stay in the same building as we did last time. Where should I call? I tried the general reservations number and the person wasn't helpful. We also have a back to back reservation, (also Poly, same room type) so I am hoping to stay in the same room and not have to move. I asked about linking the reservations or having it noted somewhere, but again the person wasn't helpful. I thought I had remember that this was possible. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Call the DVC number, not Disney Resort Reservations. They’ll be able to help you with all of that!
