Building Layout for OKW

I will be requesting the building with the elevators or a first floor unit for a medical reason and was wondering what the lay outs of the units in the buildings are? Are all buildings different?

I will be staying in a studio for 6 nights then switch to a 2 BR was just curious what buildings to request. Are there 2 BR units on the first floor in any or all buildings?

If I recall I believe OKW has a mixture of options including 2BR to accommodate guests who would have difficulty with a non-ground floor room. I have always found it best to call the resort directly with questions like this so that you have a little more info when you call Member Services, but I like to be prepared.

Just putting your request for ground floor or elevator building will not guarantee a ground
floor room or unit. We had both on our reservation for near HH and were put on the second floor in
a non elevator building. DH had a scooter. Front desk said we should have gone thru the special needs/disability
number to guarantee our requests for medical reasons. I don't have the number but someone
else might.

special needs/disability number??? I never knew such thing existed. I really just wanted a floor plan of the buildings. i.e. there are 2 studios on the ground floor with 2 1BR's in the middle. I was just curious as to where the 2BR units are located. this is a dedicated 2BR not near HH.

The buildings with the elevators are right across the street from/near to the HH.
Contact MS with your request and have them get you in contact with special needs/disability.
