Building 55

Has anyone stayed in building 55 at OKW. My wife was looking at the map and is intrested in staying, there looking out on the canal.

We've stayed nearby at 46 which has canal view as well.

55 is convenient to South Point pool. Should have a nice view of canal too.

Building 55 is our favorite at OKW for a 2 bedroom. The studio units which are on the very ends of the building are somewhat closed in by vegetation but I would still stay there as it is close to the pool, a not too long walk to the bus stop, and close to the walkway to DTD. I do prefer the upper floors even though there is no elevator. We had the second floor two bedroom twice which is the one in the middle of the picture .

Yes I was there in August, It is very nice but is best if you get a 2nd floor room otherwise 45 or 46 might be better if you do not mind being further from the quiet pool.

We have also stayed in Bldg 55 in a one bedroom. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. I walked from our bldg to SSR and thru DTD. It took me about 45 minutes. I'm not a power walker I was strolling along and taking pictures while my DH was out playing golf. I think I walked to DTD another time and took the boat back. We didn't use the pool that trip. I think maybe it was in February.

We like building 55 for its proximaty to the pool and canal, but the views are better in 45 and 46.
