I don't know of a printable one, but at my mall, the customer service desk always has coupons for $5.00 off a bear. They don't expire until 12/31/09.

Are you on their mailing list? I recently got a coupon for a free animal up to $12 value. Expires 7/12/09. Sign up for their mailing list and they might send that one to you, too.

I have one for 10 dollars off that does not expire until March if you want PM my details and I can send it to you. DD had a birthday party there and I am up to my eyeballs in Build a Bear coupons and reward dollars.
