Bugs in my living room ... what are they??

I have never seen these teeny tiny maybe baby ants. I was sitting on my bed putting a fresh pillowcase on my pillow when I noticed the tiniest bugs on my white mattress cover...now I am freaked out to even sleep in my bed. I cannot figure out where they came from. I tried to squish them one by one but I just kept finding more and more. Finally I took all my bedding and put it in a garbage bag coated with diatomaceous earth and then sealed the bag as airtight as possible. Ugh!

Sound like bed bugs unfortunately. I'd get a professional in ASAP since otherwise they merely spread around your house and residences and work places of others you are in contact with.

I wonder what the right thing is to get rid of Zombie Ants? perhaps a mixture of vinegar and garlic?

Gunshot to the head is the only way.

I'm hoping OP has fixed her bug problem 11 years later.

KerriMc, last seen here in March 2018. I sometimes wonder why someone hangs around for a long time, then just disappears. Is that all we are to these people? Random users on an internet forum? OK, I suppose that is the case after all

Anyway...did you know that "Zombie Ants" are a real phenomenon?

I feel kind of sorry for the poor things that get infected now.
