buffets - is the food still fresh towards the end?

i just made a ps for 1900 park fare breakfast at 11 am because dh likes to sleep in, but then i started wondering if the food will still be good this late?

does anyone have any experience with this?

Whenever we have had the last ps for a buffet, we have always found the food to be fresh and lots of it. They will keep bringing it out if there are people there. Relax and enjoy!!!

I agree - I've eaten at Disney breakfast buffets at at times varying from 7 in the morning to 11 in the morning and the food always tastes as good lateer as it did earlier. It'll be fine

The food should be fine. They always seem to be bringing out more hot trays of food HOWEVER it is the utensils that multiple people use that you should worry about. As I'm sure you're aware not everyone washes their hands.

Edited to say: I've seen too many kids/adults mishandle buffet utensils or stick fingers in the food and that is why I no longer go to buffets. Otherwise the food should be fine.

Hi ...

We, too, have always experienced plenty of fresh food at all our Disney buffet experiences. We have been to many and have been there to "close the place". I can remember hoping that all the remaining food wouldn't go to waste. I know they must do a lot of donating. Anyway ... have a great time!
