Off the many AUCE buffets off Disney property which ones do u like for dinner?

there is a good buffet at Ft Wilderness Trails End. It's not too bad of price either being DISNEY... 9.99 adult 6.99 kids (lunch) 15.99 adult 9.99 kids (dinner).

My favourite OFF disney property (I think that's what you meant?) has gotta be SWEET TOMATOES!

They offer an amazing salad bar where everything is super fresh. Then you move onto their hot foods section. They had six different soups, lots of breads, a hot pasta section, and the required dessert section. It's so great to eat here because the meal is extremely filling, but feels light because it's not filled with a lot of meat, etc.

The price is around $8.50 for adults, $4.50 for kids, and $2.00 for the under 3 set I think. The best part is that you can check their website for current and future menus... www.sweettomatoes.com .

I'll second Sweet Tomatoes! We went there for the first time after reading about it on these boards, and loved it! Everything was fresh and really tasty. My kids loved it too!

Just to add to my previous post:

Other great things about Sweet Tomatoes - the staff were SO friendly. And the best part? One of the waitresses came around to deliver fresh baked chocolate chip cookies to everyone halfway through dinner. They were AWESOME cookies.

Another great place to eat is the Boston Lobster Feast. There are three locations but the one we usually go to is on I-Drive. They have all you can eat seafood and it is very good.

For those of us who live in the Western states.....Sweet Tomatoes = Soup Plantation. Thanks for the info. We love Soup Plantation out here in So Cal. Might just have to visit the Kirkman Rd location on our next trip.

For the cheapest buffet, try CiCi's Pizza. It's only $3.99 for a pizza buffet and about $1.10 or so for a drink (water is free). It's not the best-tasting pizza, but you can eat as much as you want. You can probably get a medium cheese pizza for that much!

CiCi's Pizzas tend to be out of the way from the main tourist areas, though. Orlando has one on Colonial Dr.

We have always enjoyed the Golden Corral. Good variety of dishes with grilled staeks on certain nights. I think it was about $7-8/person, soft drinks included. Check out the local travel guided for coupons.

There is a relatively new one on SR535 near the Bahama Breeze.

we went to last June... it was really good... It was on 192, I dont think that far from Krispy Kreme... actually maybe across the street? We went to so many buffets down there I get confused. They had chinese, american and some seafood I think... there was a LOT to choose from, that I know... the bill for 2 adults and 2 kids was like $50?? Just to give an idea of price if that will help. We want to go again this year, we really enjoyed it... One place we HATED was Coney Island buffet?? It was a seafood one that just opened up at some hotel on the right side (same side as KK) and was HORRIBLE! So disappointing for our last dinner before coming home... Steph due with #4

Lilsonicfan:

Thanks for the tip and the link to Sweet Tomatoes. We are down at WDW next week with our high school softball team and were looking for place where the girls can eat as a team and not spend too much($8.49 over 12 years old) plus the menu looks great. I like the featureb on their website of seeing the menu for the day you want to visit. The team loves salads and pasta so they will be very happy with this choice. Thanks again....
