Buffet Meals

Does the price at the buffets include a drink or are drinks seperate?

It includes a non-alcoholic beverage such as a soda, tea, coffee or water.

At breakfast, I have been able to get both a juice/milk and a coffee.

Might be the same at dinner, but I can't recall. Probably don't do too many dinner buffets.
