With the Buffet Meals can you go back for some more....my DD is always putting too much in her plate and won't always finish her food...I hate wasting food. I was wondering if she got a bit and if she wanted some more then she could go back for me rather than having too much.

Buffet meals & family style meals are "all you can/all you care to eat", so yes your daughter can get a little at a time or a lot several times (making as many trips to the buffet as desired :goodvibes

I have never eaten at a buffet in my lifetime where you couldn't go back and get more...isn't that the point of a buffet?

Disney also has other All-You-Careo-to-Eat options (Garden Grill, CRT, Ohanas, etc.) that aren't buffets but you don't have to load up your plate

1) Yes, you can always go back for more.
2) In fact, this is the way we taught our kids and grandkids.
3) Don't overload a plate, and just take less each trip.
4) It always makes me laugh when folks come back with plates piled high.
5) It is as if
. . . the food will be gone before the next trip
. . . they need to pig out before someone knows they eat that much
. . . they are professional food stackers
. . . all of the above

Is the CRT dinner an all you can eat meal?

No, not a buffet, and not "all you can eat." Each person in your group chooses an appetiser, entree and dessert from a menu and each course is served on individual plates. Everyone at your table can choose different items. The only difference is you have paid in advance for the meal. No refills on food items - you're pre-paying for one meal per person.

:lmao:

I have to admit, I'm a "professional food stacker!"

I like to take a bunch on one plate, pile it nice and high, and sit down for the rest of the meal without having to get up until dessert!!

I think that has to do more with my feet hurting after being at the parks all day instead of "oh my goodness the food will be GONE before I get back! :scared1:"

But yes, buffets = all you care to eat! And I love the opportunity to try bits of things that I wouldn't ever order as an entree/appetizer (especially at a place like BOMA!).
