Yikes! Thanks for the updates, these prices are bananas! Looks like we'll be doing the character breakfast at the Hilton LBV after all, SO much more affordable!!!

1) How else can Ogre (I mean Iger) brag that attendance is down, but sales/profits are up at the parks?
2) There are two basic reasons . . .
. . . Fast Pass can schedule your rides throughout the entire day, so you spend more time shopping than waiting in a ride-line
. . . Eatery prices are way-way-way up, letting people (incorrectly) feel that DDP is a good price
3) And people thought advance-FP and DDP was for the guest's benefit !

NOTE:
Fast Pass keeps guests walking around so they go into stores - when in stores, they likely see something they "need' or the kids "want".
When people buy DDP, WDW can raise eatery prices over-and-over-again, by raising DDP without people noticing.
WDW is not dumb, and they rely upon people not noticing and/or nor caring.
Dare we mention that P.T.Barnum descendants probably work at WDW.

2) I had not had a chance to update the prices, and breakfast has increased since the last update (now ... Adult: $42.60, Child: $25.56).

Has anyone noticed if prices do go up for the summer months? And if so what that premium has roughly been? We might be going in late August next year, and wondered if at that time the buffet prices will be higher than what is listed on page 1.

We are going in October( yes that's forever away) what character shows/dinners should we make sure to do? We are doing the 4 day park ticket! We might take a day in between to visit a beach! Anyways, anyone have any great info for us?

Rusty, not sure if it has been asked or not, but is the aycte Patriot's Platter at LTT the same price for lunch as it is for dinner? I haven't seen the lunch price published anywhere.

Is there any reason CRT dinner on 12/8 should have a higher price? I just changed my reservation to include one more person and instead of the $76 they charged me $94. She said the prices increased but I can't find any evidence of that! And since I did it over the phone, I can't find a receipt to explain the cost. A couple of dollars I could handle but this was almost $20!

Looks like I had made the reservation prior to a price increase, and when I added a guest to the reservation they charged me the difference between what I had paid and the current price for everyone on the reservation. I didn't have the time to push back about it, but good to know for the future since I didn't realize they would do that!
