We ate lunch at the Biergarten in Germany of EPCOT. The buffet and service were excellent. I had PS for 11:55am, but they didn't begin seating until about 12:10.
The entertainment on stage in the restaurant did not begin until 1:15pm. I regret not planning for a later lunch so that we could have watched the band while eating.
The entertainment is listed in the weekly update for EPCOT, so this may be something to consider if you plan to eat there for lunch. I made the PS a month in advance so I didn't know the schedule; I probably could have changed the PS that day if I'd been paying attention.
