hi there...own at hilton head (our personal favorite by far 
) and old key west here in alexander, ny.(10 minutes from batavia, 40 minutes from buffalo)..small world! last year, due to being "bumped" on oversold delta flights, we were able to go down 4 times in 10 months...unbelievable good luck . nothing on the horizon for us right now though and that makes me anxious to get planning again !!!
