Hi, just wondering if anyone out there is from the Buffalo, New York area. We bought last year at HH and would love to talk with anyone from our area.

Hey Batavia, great to hear from you. Where is your home resort? No snow yet Williamsville husband, it's only October please! However this is a cold one, a bit of frost on the ground this morning.

kathy, our home resort is the bw and bcv. how about you? we are leaving for the bw in less that 3 weeks. Can't wait!!

Our home resort is Hilton Head we stayed there in 2002. If you havn't been there yet give it a try it's wonderful. We have two sons and they had a great time. We went on the cruise during Easter break and then stayed at the BCV's. We loved that too. I love the easy access to EPCOT and the great pool. Which of the two resort that you own do you like better. PS: Have a great trip.

Live in Lancaster - own a dance studio in the City of Tonawanda.

We own at OKW. Just came home today for a "parents only - no kids" trip from the BWV & loved it there. I already miss sitting on the porch and watching the action on the Boardwalk.

We'll be back at the YC & OKW 1 month from tomorrow though with the DD's - can't wait!!

kathy o. we love hh. we have been there three times and are hoping for a fourth this coming summer. we have not yet stayed at the bcv. but we are excited to use sab this month due to the closure of the slide at the bw. we stay at the bw instead of bcv due to the standard view point struture. hoping to cruise in the future, have done it twice and really enjoyed it both times.

My wife and I reside in Amherst and just returned from DVC/HHI yesterday. Our home resorts are OKW/VB and have been members since 1997.

Okay, so I don't live in the Buffalo area now, but I used to live in Niagara Falls - right on the river - for 6 months in 1998. The company I work for is based out of Amherst. Just had to say "hi" as an ex-Buffalo resident.

Hi from Niagara Falls, NY just 25 minutes from Buffalo! We became members in 96 at OKW with add on's over the years at BCV and BWV. We just returned from a cruise on Royal Carribean Voyager of the Seas yesterday but plan to spend Thanksgiving at OKW in a Grand Villa with my entire family of 12! Boy, it is cold this am - frost on the car. Glad it will warm up soon. I have ran into many acquaintances from our area over the years at OKW. They are just as surprised to see us as we them as we didn't know that we were all DVC owners. There are alot of WNY'ers who own DVC. NY state is one of the largest states for ownership of DVC too.

I'm loving this. Hey Lackawanna 6 person, they raided one of those houses over there again this morning it was all over the news in Buffalo. They weren't saying much, but I think it may have ended up being a drug raid and not terrorists. And hi to the Niagara Falls person. I'm right here in North Tonawanda. KO

We are in Pembroke,NY just 30 minutes outside Buffalur home resort is at the BCV.

pembroke, that is only 10 miles from us. i wonder if we know each other. we own at the bw and bcv. small world!!!only 19 days and we will be at home at the bw. can't wait for the epcot fireworks, it brings a tear to my eye everytime. dvc is the BEST!! DVC children sure are lucky kids, they get to reap the benefits for all those years!!! they better be taking me when I'm 85 years old.

We live in Texas but are still Buffaloians (and Bill's fans). I am from the city and my wife is from W. Seneca.

disneymon- It is a small world! We are actually not to far from Darien Lake Six Flags but our hearts belong to Disney.You are right DVC is the best. Our kids love disney as much as their parents and look forward to many DVC years. We will be heading down early next year. Wish it was sooner!!

My DW was born and raised in Cheektowaga and Buffalo, we lived in Lockport for a time and we are now in Jersey, although my DSiL is still in the area in Clarence and we are up there all the time.

We own at BWV and love DVC.

BTW - Best wings in town are definitely DUFF'S on Sheridan
