ETA: BTW, for anyone else planning to travel to the meet, it looks like the Comfort Inn The Pointe is a good choice - it's on the same block as the Hard Rock Cafe, as well as within walking distance of Goat Island. It also has lots of positive reviews on travel sites.

I've got a pretty good list, and I believe the 2nd will work great. Give me about 2 weeks to sort through my personal life (which always gets in the way of my DIS life) and I'll get to work on planning this meet.

I've already had some offers for help in planning and to those folks - thanks - I'll need it.
