buena vista suites and dining plan?

can you sign up for the dining plan if you stay at this hotel? is it considered one of the resort properties?

Buena Vista Suites is considered a "good neighbor hotel" and is not eligible for the DDP or EMH. They do have shuttle busses to the parks but the hotel itself isn't on Disney property.---Kathy

Sorry, you wouldn't able to get the DDP. You can only get the dining plan if you stay at a Disney-owned resort. That excludes the Swan, Dolphin, and the DTD hotels.

Buena Vista Suites does include breakfast with their rooms, but not DDP.
