Buena Vista Palaca - gift card??

This hotel is advertising a $50 resort gift card with a 2 night reservation. Any idea what I can use this on? It does specifically say no room charges, taxes, or resort fees. I guess we can use it for food... what are the dining options here?

Any other opinions on this hotel? thanks!
