We arrive Sunday. I currently have a reservation with Budget and one with Dollar. Both are within $5 of each other $140 for midsize. I joined both loyalty programs to skip lines BUT I know with Budget for first rental I have to go to counter- I called to verify this. So question is Dollar seems better option- do I get to skip counter there. Experiences with them as I've never used. Do you pick car or do they.
